A clear orientation: the south, where the views over the castle, the white village of Salobreña and the immensity of the Mediterranean Sea converge, perfect setting for every room. All around, terraces of subtropical fruit trees dotted with small and medium sized cortijos ("the country-house of the area").

150 m2 on one floor and the possibility of dividing the house into two independent houses for future uses were the starting point condition. The house is located in the limit between two terraces, leaning out on the tree tops, it opens to the South towards the views and it breaks adapting to the topography and creating open but intimate exterior spaces covered by a wide pergola. On the back façade, large windows allow a direct relationship with the countryside and the permeability of the plot through the house.
