We turn a dental clinic in the city center of Motril into an apartment. We made the most of what it was already there due to a low budget. Simple interventions have been made in a transforming and recycling process.

Spaces were linked, enlarging the impression of space and bringing the light from the main facade to the last corner. The marble existing floor combined with the timber warmth provides the harmony to turn a dental into a home.
