We designed an industrial unit for a company that is moving to a industrial site. A warehouse for construction materials with a store and offices are placed within two volumes. A larger blank wall volume made of concrete contains the warehouse while the store gives its more human facade to the entry street. A metal skin covers that volume combined with perforated metal to allow natural filtered light penetrate into the innerspace.

The uniform distribution of openings permits a innen flexible layout for future changes in the company.
